Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in the development of RoundingWell customer relationships. This will require consultative services during implementation and ongoing management services throughout the customer’s subscription. Our ideal hire will have the following characteristics:

  • Knowledge of clinical (hospital, physician practice, revenue cycle) workflows
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Proficiency in writing
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to function as an industry thought-leader while presenting RoundingWell capabilities and market knowledge to customers

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to help achieve customer business objectives while working with the RoundingWell team to propose solutions that address our customers’ highest priority business needs
  • Maintain specific customer relationships, managing the delivery of customer-focused consulting efforts, translating customer strategic objectives into RoundingWell solutions, and actively seeking out user feedback for the purposes of product development
  • Articulate RoundingWell’s vision, solutions, and capabilities to key contacts within an account
  • Profess knowledge about both clinical and technological features of the RoundingWell platform
  • Speak comfortably with clinical, technology, and business audiences
  • Facilitate user onboarding and training through efficiency in the delivery of materials, creation of training resources, and presenting live product demonstrations
  • Manage the delivery and follow-up of proactive support with a focus on reducing reactive support cases (and costs) over time
  • Contribute to the development of customer communication tools
  • Ensure quality customer support by enforcing service-level agreements
  • Identify roadblocks that negatively impact deployment within accounts and engage resources to remove obstacles
  • Curate monthly strategic reports through data analysis for internal and external communication
  • Identify, plan, and help implement responses to competitive activity as identified through relationships with accounts and partners
  • Analyze customer growth and usage of RoundingWell
  • Represent RoundingWell users during organizational prioritization efforts
