Power in the Platform

Our leading-edge architecture and composable features unlock extraordinary customizability to implement your workflows exactly as you need them to be.

The Workflow is the heart of RoundingWell. Workflows standardize your processes, drive action, track progress, and help teams stay on the same page.

Workflows answer questions like, “Who did what?, When did it happen?, What’s next?” The goal is every team following your protocols so that the right thing is done at just the right time.

An Action is a key step in a workflow.

Each action is a unit of work that defines what needs to happen, who should do it, and when it needs to be done–all using the terminology that makes sense to your team.

On every action, you can:

  • Assign an Owner

  • Set a Due Date

  • Change the Action State

  • Attach files

  • View the Activity Log

  • Post a Comment

Forms go hand in hand with Actions. Forms are built for tracking and documenting. Each one is an exact fit for your workflows. No more, no less.

Forms can flex from the simple to the complex. Our robust Form Engine enables a wide range of documentation use cases.

Care Plans

Outreach Tracking & History

A/P Conditions

SDOH Screening

These examples are just scratching the surface. There’s so much more…

Forms in other tools are too often too much or not enough. The problem is without workflow, forms lack the context of when and how they’re to be used.

With RoundingWell, forms are tightly integrated into workflows. Each form has the context of who’s using it, when, and why.

The result? Frontline users are happier because they have just what they need. And stakeholders have confidence that the work is getting done correctly.

Medication Management

Preventative Care

Automations are the key to streamlining your workflows. Our sophisticated Automation Engine makes using RoundingWell feel like magic.

Any change to any data field can be an evaluation event for an automation rule

New ADT messages, workflow state changes, form submissions

Send files to external systems

Auto-send care summary PDFs to specific subfolders in your organization’s internal network based on each patient’s health plan

Automations can trigger workflows and add actions

Add a TOC workflow when [Criteria 1] and [Criteria 2] are met, but not [Criteria 3]

Run automations in real-time or at scheduled intervals

Every week take a random 10% sample of a provider’s appointments and assign a review for their designated physician supervisor

Assign owners and set due dates

Assign all workflows in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee to a specific clinician

Set due dates for +3 days and exclude weekend dates

Trigger work across workspaces

Make referrals from a team in one workspace that needs to collaborate on a patient with a team in a different workspace

Worklists help individuals and teams stay on top on their work. When it’s time to take action, worklists are key.

Schedule Worklist

Schedule Worklist is another type of worklist showing each user’s work in an agenda-style layout.

On the Schedule, everything has a date. With date filtering, it’s easy to show the right timeframe: Due Today, Due This Week, Due Next Month, and more.

Owned By Worklist

Each user’s personal Owned By Worklist shows all work assigned to them, the current state, and when it’s due.

If permissions allow, they may also view their teammates Owned By worklists.

Shared By Worklist

Every user in RoundingWell belongs to a team. Think: Nurse, Pharmacist, Care Manager, Social Workers, etc. Shared By worklist helps everyone on a team share the load.

Whether work is self-assigned or delegated by a team lead, Shared By makes it easy to collaborate and keep the work flowing.

With Dashboards, stakeholders have the confidence they need to run their protocols and manage their teams with clarity.

Completely configureable

Charts and Graphs and Tables, Oh My!

How you visualize your data depends on the purpose of the dashboard. Sometimes you need an overview with charts and graphs. Other times, you need a tabular report. Or all of the above.

Dashboards are just as customizable as workflows. Sitting atop your data and a powerful BI stack, Dashboards answer business critical questions and inform data-driven decisions.

But wait, there’s more. A lot more…

When our customers ask, “Can it do…?,” the answer is almost always, “Yes.
